Electronic Batch Record System:
This solution was developed for a large medical device manufacturer to record manufacturing and test data for the production department. The system automatically verified and analysed data to ensure that all information was present and test results were within specification prior to release of a batch. The system automatically collects data from some test equipment and other data is manually entered by operators. The solution was designed to be FDA compliant (21CFR11) and was extensively validated to ensure accurate and reliable performance. Batch release time was cut substantially and the total manufacturing cycle time was reduced.
Manufacturing Management System:
A small manufacturing company required a system to manage their entire process from generation of quotations, through to management of jobs, purchasing and shipping. The client also wanted to analyse jobs on completion to compare actual labour & material usage to planned. Our solution provided an intuitive and easy to use system that enabled the client to efficiently manage his business. They were able to generate quotations in < 25% of the time to do it manually and avoided delivery delays due to stock shortages. They were also able to reduce stock value by more than 100,000 euro.
Laboratory Management System:
Our client was using paper and spreadsheets to log receipt of samples in the laboratory, define the test sequences and log results. They had many problems with this manual system, some samples were not processed correctly and others were late. Our solution gave them a reliable system that avoided errors and ensured that everything was processed within the required timeframe. It also gave a quick and easy reporting option that reduced time taken and ensured consistent output per their quality standards.
