Procad developed a bespoke database for our QC Laboratory to manage sample login and traceability. The system enables us to quickly track samples in the system and search for previously tested samples. The system automatically generates sample labels and a produces a test worksheet. It has set reports that produce right-first time metrics.
All our requirements were implemented in an easy to use, reliable system that eliminates a lot of manual work and helps avoid mistakes and oversights. A key aspect in the success of the project was the ability of Procad to help us refine our requirements based on initial system prototypes. Procad also assisted with system validation. All work was completed to a very high standard and I would highly recommend Procad.
